We do NOT guarantee that your data will be secure, protected, or available at any time. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that data loss, corruption, or unavailability may occur at any time, and Master Hosting shall not be held responsible for any such incidents.

At Master Hosting, we may provide basic data protection facilities for our clients as a courtesy service. However, it is important to understand that backups are provided as a courtesy service and NOT a guaranteed feature. By using our services, you agree to the terms below regarding backup creation, storage, and restoration.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: It is YOUR sole responsibility to maintain your own backups of all data, files, databases, emails, and content. You must always keep your own backups independently of our services. Master Hosting strongly recommends that you regularly download and maintain local or cloud backups of all your data.
