Refund & Cancellation Policy

Master Hosting ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing quality hosting services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations of our services.
Refund Policy
We provide a 3 Days Money-Back Guarantee on Web Hosting packages with the following conditions:
- Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e., multiple services don't qualify or multiple signups).
- Refund eligibility applies only to first-time signups. Second-time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for refunds.
- Domain Name services (Registration/Renewal/Transfer) are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds are NOT granted to accounts closed for Terms of Service (TOS) violations.
- Existing product upgrade or downgrade will NOT be refunded. User will be responsible for the action.
- If you already have a product and order a new product, then no refund policy applies. Only 3 days credit back guarantee may be available.
- NO refund policy applies to: Installation fees, VPS, Dedicated Servers, SSL Certificates, Domain Privacy, Domain Names, Licenses, Custom Software Installs, Paid Support, and any other add-on services.
- No refund will be made if our team does not find any issue in your hosting plan from our side.
- No refund will be made if your service(s) is suspended or terminated due to: Email Marketing violations, Movie Website hosting, Email Abuse, Misuse of our service, Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral content, Account Over-use, or any Terms of Service violation.
- Refunds will not cover any kind of taxes, setup fees, refund processing fees, postal charges, payment processing charges, or bank fees.
- If the web hosting service includes a free domain name, and you cancel the web hosting service, the domain charges (standard rate) would be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the domain name price, you will have to pay the difference or forfeit the domain.
- The refund request placed after 3 days will not be processed, and you will not be eligible for any refund.
- After sending the cancellation request, it would take 14 days to complete the refund process.
Cancellation Process
Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Client Area:
- Login to your Client Area
- Select My Services
- Select the account to be canceled
- Click on Request Cancellation
- Cancellation requests via Support Ticket are NOT accepted
Important: It is your responsibility to backup all your data before placing the cancellation request. Once you place the cancellation request, all your data from our server will be deleted and cannot be retrieved nor restored.
Data Loss During Cancellation
Critical Disclaimer: Master Hosting shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability during or after the cancellation process. By requesting cancellation, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All data, files, databases, emails, and content stored on our servers will be permanently deleted
- Data cannot be recovered or restored after cancellation is processed
- You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of all your data before cancellation
- Master Hosting will not be able to assist in data recovery after account termination
We strongly recommend that you download and maintain local or cloud backups of your website data, databases, and email accounts before requesting cancellation. Please refer to our Backup Policy for detailed information.
Migration Services
Master Hosting does NOT provide migration services. We do not offer free migration, paid migration, or any form of account migration services from previous hosting providers to our servers.
If you are switching from another hosting provider to Master Hosting, you are solely responsible for:
- Migrating your website files, databases, emails, and all other data yourself
- Updating DNS settings and domain configurations
- Ensuring all data is properly transferred and functional
- Maintaining backups of your data before, during, and after migration
- Verifying that all migrated content works correctly on our servers
Important: Master Hosting will not assist with migration processes, provide migration tools, or offer any support related to migrating accounts from other hosting providers. All migration-related tasks must be performed by the customer independently.
Master Hosting shall not be held liable for any issues, data loss, downtime, or problems arising from customer-performed migrations or the use of third-party migration tools or services.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Refund processing time: 14 business days after cancellation approval
- Payments made through bank transfer, cheque, money order, cash deposit, DD are non-refundable. Refund will be added as credit to the hosting account
- Refund processing fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Master Hosting, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Refund processing delays
- Data loss during cancellation
- Service interruptions
- Any errors or omissions in refund processing
- Issues arising from customer-performed migrations or use of third-party migration services
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to refunds or cancellations shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the respective service.
Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Support Method: Master Hosting provides support ONLY through the Client Area ticket system. We do NOT provide:
- Phone support
- WhatsApp support
- Live chat support
- Any other support method

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

- Master Hosting does NOT guarantee data security, protection, or availability
- You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups
